Have you heard of the Observer Effect in quantum physics?
In an experiment, when electrons were fired from an electron gun, they behaved as particles, but when there was an observer in the process, then they behaved as waves.
We can look at it in 2 ways:
a) The electrons always behave this way and that is what the Observer is observing
b) The electrons behave this way because the Observer is observing
