My vision is a world where every person is inspired and empowered to create a life that is an expression of their love and joy.

I started my transformational journey a few years back when I quit my corporate job of 20 years and took the courageous leap of following my passion and purpose in life.  It was based on the decision that I wanted to take charge (i.e. responsibility, as being in charge is only an illusion) of every aspect of my life. It has been the most beautiful and transformative journey of success and failure, of passion and dispassion, of excitement and fear, of action and inaction, of belief and doubts. Through it all what emerged was a deeper understanding of myself, discovering my gifts, living into my greatness and seeing the greatness in others, being grateful for what is and experiencing that I am a powerful creator of my life – in every aspect – Love, Relationships, Health, Wealth, Career, Joy, Freedom, Fulfillment,  Amazing Experiences, etc. and also that I have the ability and potential to do the impossible and create a huge impact in this world.

The deep truth is that I struggled most of my life with seeing my own gifts and expressing myself. I felt scared expressing myself and thus created personas of how I show up in the world. These personas helped me mask who I really was and still enabled me to be successful at what I do. I was successful by all conventional measures in my career, wealth, family, health, etc. However it was uninspiring, tiring and unfulfilling as I was always in the pursuit of something. As a result, I was never able to experience and express my full potential. Although I was surrounded by people who loved me, I feel disconnected and alone. Although I had all the success, I didn't feel grateful. Although I was abundant, I was living in scarcity. I had abandoned myself to be someone else. It was only later I realized, that something that I was in pursuit of, was nothing but my Self, which really was the source of everything I was looking for - love, joy, freedom, abundance and fulfillment.

I am really grateful for all the events, experiences and people in my life as it was life just happening for me. The very struggles, challenges and fears that I faced also led me to my greatest gifts - to be able to see people for who they authentically are under their mask, to be inspired by their journey and help them dream bigger than they have ever before, to see their greatness even when they can't see it for themselves and to empower them live into it.
 

Personal Summary

I spent about 20 years in Corporate America in the Management Consulting and Financial Services Industry in the Information Technology domain.  I hold a Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. 

I am an avid sports person and love the outdoors and adventure activities. I live with my loving family - my wonder woman wife and super coach daughter in Bangalore, India and am enjoying a life filled with purpose, inspiration and most of all a deep connection with my Self :).

I have had the opportunity to lead at many levels in my professional and personal life. I have led sport teams in school, was a Director, IT at a leading Financial Services firm and play a leadership role in entrepreneur groups that I am part of. I have experienced the positive impact and influence a great leader and coach has on the lives of others. My passion and desire is to share my knowledge and support others in their journey of life, leadership and excellence. 

I am a Leadership and Personal Transformation Coach.  I am part of the John Maxwell Team (#1 Leadership Development company in the world) and am also a practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The only person I can transform is myself. However, I do support my clients in powerful transformations in their personal and professional life if they so desire, by combining aspects of Leadership, Coaching, NLP and Spirituality.
