What do you see in your world today?
The results we are creating in our life, depends on the actions we are taking. Most of us keeping changing the actions related to the outer world consisting of people, things and/or situations till we achieve the desired result because we think that actions are what create the result. But since outer world is not in our control, we are often stressed and struggle, even if we achieve the results.

Have you ever thought about what creates the action? What is the cause for which the action is the effect?

There is a whole inner world within us, which creates a perception of how we see the outer world and thus creates it in the same image. The inner world consists of our Mind – thoughts and emotions. These drive our fears, behaviors and actions.

Mind - Thoughts/Emotions (Being) -> Way I See the World --> Words/Actions (Doing) --> Results

Your way of being is the origin of Action. As you can see, your quality of life depends on way of being (how effectively you manage your thoughts/emotions) as it propels us to see the world in a specific way and speak and act in alignment with that.
